It doesn't get much better than this! Our Indian Point condo is everything you could wish for in a vacation rental. High speed internet and cable. Professionally cleaned. Open floor plan with three bedrooms that sleeps 10 people. AMAZING views of the lake with lake access, docks, and an option of dock space rental, so bring your boat!
An outdoor pool and hot tub are just a short walk away. Walk down to the docks to swim or fish. Walk-in ramp to unit and walk-in shower make it handicap friendly. Silver Dollar City is just up the road! Close to Branson attractions such as the strip, Ballpark of the Americas, Branson Landing, and convention center. Dogwood Canyon is just a relaxing drive away.
Amenities included are five docks, free kayaks, two pools, two large hot tubs, and boat parking at our docks. Fire pits are available and outdoor grills are by the lower floors with picnic tables.
All the rooms have TVs. The master bedroom and living room have cable boxes, and all bedrooms have smart TVs to watch Netflix or other streaming accounts you have.
Beds are one king in the master along with a twin hideaway bed if needed, two queens in the second bedroom, and a twin over full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle in the third bedroom.
Pool & Spa
Two outdoor pools can be found on property, and one of them is a saltwater pool with slide! Pools are open during the swimming season, which is typically from late April to late September. The whirlpool hot tub is open year-round.

Our family has visited Branson all times of the year for many years. We have so many amazing memories from these visits, and we've always dreamed of owning our own little piece of paradise in the area!
Memory Maker Branson is that dream come to life. We've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful place for a family getaway. We love relaxing as we take in the views of the lake from inside our condo or on one of our condo's private balconies.
We love that we can stroll down to the lake and have instant access to such clean, calm waters. Our home is conveniently located in the Branson area with quick access to Silver Dollar City--which is an annual family tradition for us--and a short drive away to so many Branson attractions and activities.
We continue to make new family memories every year, and we are excited to share these same types of opportunities to you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners were great at communicating and made the process very simple. The condo is in an excellent location for visiting Silver Dollar City and staying out of the high traffic areas. We really enjoyed walking down to the water and enjoying the peaceful beauty of Table Rock Lake. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean...We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.

Very nice layout of rooms. The master suite was especially nice with the laundry, double sinks and it's own private deck. Easy enough to find and secluded enough to not have traffic flying by all the time. We had a great visit and will be back.

The condo was beautifully decorated as pictured. There were plenty of towels, extra soap and shampoo, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the beds were so comfortable. Great location if you are going to Silver Dollar City and easy access to any part of Branson. David and Amy were easy to contact, and actually contacted me first. So happy with our stay.

The Condo had everything we needed for our stay, also the kitchen had everything we could need to cook our meals. We stayed at the condo over Labor Day weekend and had a great time! We had 3 babies (under 1) and the location couldn’t have been more ideal for varying schedules. The condo is very open and easily fit our group. I was highly impressed with how clean the place was, how comfortable the beds were, how NICE everything was, and the wonderful communication from the owners. We all agreed that’d we’d definitely book again!

This was an awesome stay for my family and I. The amenities were great, and David and Amy made everything a breeze. This is a great spot, and it is hard to beat the view off of the balcony when you're relaxing here. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to others.

We had a great time at David & Amy's. The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, and the listing is as described. Very close to Silver Dollar City and Branson activities. Great deck with views of the lake. We arrived at night to a beautiful Christmas tree - and felt right at home. Communications were very clear and check-in, check-out was easy. We loved staying here. The location was perfect for us right by the lake. We rented a boat and it was so easy to park the boat at the free dock while we loaded up our snacks and food and drinks. And the condo - WOW! Such a nice layout for our family with a big master bedroom and nice rooms for our kids. Very well done with the layout and design of the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We were all so pleased with this condo! It is beautiful, clean and modern, has comfortable beds, and it's in a great location! It's only a couple miles from Silver Dollar City, but it still felt secluded. We asked for more laundry detergent and the owners responded immediately. We highly recommend staying here!

Very nice and attentive owners… proactively called me due to an internet issue bc of storms…. Loved that they had games and things to do already there… everything we needed was already there except for food! Had a fan outside on the deck which was great!! Comfortable furniture a very nice fridge!! Place was very quiet inside and we never heard a peep inside or after dinner!! I would rent again!

Took a last minute trip with the family and grandparents. Needed enough rooms to make the stay enjoyable with little children and feel comfortable. This place exceeded expectations. Great view, plenty of bedroom space and living space with comfortable beds and linens. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. And loved the salt water pool. We got a great firework show accross the lake.

Very clear communications both before and after. Very easy physical access to the condo with either a short set of steps or a ramp. Absolutely fantastic space with a lovely modern design and clean, clean, clean bathrooms. Plenty of beds as described for our family of 6 (with 4 tween/teen boys who are not up for sharing beds). I was a particular fan of the coffee situation, and I'm not usually a coffee drinker. Very close to Silver Dollar City yet still with a view. There is a great grocery/butcher shop nearby and the best ice cream place I have been to yet in my travels (The Funky Twig:). Checking out was a very simple process with minimal items to do before you leave (trash in nearby dumpster, temp set, return amenity bracelets). We didn't make it to the amenities because of Silver Dollar City but we will be back to take part in the pools and kayaking! And just overall a very calming condo with thoughtful touches and communications which is personally one of the most important things to me when traveling with the family. Thank you David and Amy for providing such a perfect home base for our trip!
